Wet-Up Soca Aerobics Classes are designed to keep it simple, keep it fun, and keep you moving. Our class is typically 40 minutes - broken up into three phases to ensure safety, encouragement and results.
Low-intensity -- to moderate movements, warming up the entire body in preparation of maximizing your results.
Alternating between short bursts of intense movements and periods of rest or low-intensity exercise, effectively boosting cardiovascular fitness and rapidly burning calories - to impact metabolic rate and enhanced cardiovascular health.
Gradually lowering the heart rate and promoting muscle recovery, reducing the risk of injury and post-workout soreness.
